This post may be out of the strict bounds of some of the lists receiving
it but I need to reach a large audience so...
I am responsible for the Art Gallery exhibits at the University of
Tennessee at Martin. I am also on the Steering Committee for our
Festival of Southern Cultures. Next fall's Festival is centered around
women and their impact/role of defining Cultures in the South. I would
like to curate an exhibit of three or four living southern female
artists working in a variety of media who are doing work about the
south, about living in the south, or about being female in the south.
Any help any of you can give in connecting me with artists who fit this
general description would be greatly appreciated.
