Sorry to seem contradictory, but this just isn't true. With a proper spray
gun, using correct pressure, proper spraying technique, and proper glaze
consistency, it is possible to get a very even coating of glaze very
quickly. If you can get a completely even coat spraying paint on a car with
a spray gun, then you can do the same with glaze on clay.

With many large items, there is simply no other practical way to glaze. And
as is mentioned above, the spray gun is ALSO good for certain special effects.
