Hello all,
Been a long time since I've been aboard!
I am letting you all know that the Interlaken School of Art in the sunny
Berkshires (and it is a glorious day!) is offering several workshops
this spring and summer. We have Angela Fina coming right up this
weekend, May 2&3, offering "Throwing with Porcelain". Mary Barringer
offers "Surface Strategies", a surface treatment in the electric kiln
workshop on June 27th & 28th, then "Glaze Basics" with Jeff Zamek on
July 11. Next we have "Painting with Clay" with Frank Bosco on July 25
&26 which is a painterly surface treatment workshop. Finally, we are
offering "Thrown and Altered Forms" with Woody Hughes August 29th and
30th. We offer beginning and continuing pottery courses, Young Artists,
Teens and open studios. This summer we will have two 4 week (8 session)
pottery classes, an 8 week nite class, and a 5 week teen raku class
firing at nite.
We are located in western Massachusetts, 1 hr from Albany NY, 2 1/2 from
