fumes?

I'm curious, if a conventional electric oven is used at say 200 degrees for
pre-bisque ware to get the final trace of water out, are the fumes given off
dangerous? If the temperature isn't hot enough to burn off the organic =
stuff,
is this temp OK to try without exterior ventilation?
