=3EI'm new to this list, but I think I'm going to be really glad I found
it...I
=3Ehave an incredible passion for pitfiring and burnished surfaces, and I
would
=3Elove to hear about different techniques...does anyone share this love of
mine?

I've recently seen some incredibly beautiful saggar fired work.
So, I have thrown sone saggars and will be taking Sharles Riggs workshop in
at -Pocosin Artscenter in Columbia, North (not south) Carolina on June 5
and 6. Saggar firing and Pit firing. See listing in Ceramics monthly. I
know very little about the technique but hope to know a lot more -- soon.
