My college tutor has asked me to see if I can get some chun glaze
recipes as those he has available aren't satisfactory.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Neil,

The following chun recipe is one that I have modified from one that my
previous teacher also had modified and so on. I think this has travelled
quite a bit. It works well in both oxidation and reduction, has a lot of
visual texture. Let me know if it works out for you.
