Marshall,

I like gas fired reduction too, but I really doubt that it out sells
oxidation 10-1. Every show I've had with Low -fired slips and glaze has
sold out. They love the bright colors. There are many ways to appraoch
the market place.

"Also the expense of firing a gas kiln is a fraction of the cost of
firing an electric kiln by a factor of about 267%." I doubt this
statement too. Are you saying it is cheaper to fire a 7 cu foot
electric kiln to cone 10 - 6 times than it is to fire a 42 cu foot gas
kiln to cone 10 once?

Texas gas is pretty cheap.

Marshall,

I mis-read your statement. I retract my reply and apologize.

Gas is cheaper than electric, generally.

Sorry,
