Dr. Oliver Watson, Head of Ceramics at the Victoria and Albert Museum in
London, England, will be speaking on Contemporary British Ceramiics at the
Gardiner Museum, 111 Queen's Pk. (museum subway stop) on Tuesday, June 23,
6pm. Free. Oliver recently curated the large retrospective exhibition of
Bernard Leach at the Crafts Council in Islington, London. Pieces for this
exhibition were brought from Japan's Mingei (folk art) Museum. Hope to see
