I recently acquired a copy of Grebanier's "Chinese Stoneware Glazes" and
one of the appendices includes plans for a homemade ball mill. Very
straightforward, simple design, w/ basic materials. I haven't built one
myself, but if anyone is interested, I'd be happy to send you a photocopy
