Hi,
Looking through my Mason Stain color chart, I notice that some of the
colors call for 2% opacifier, but does not mention which opacifier. I
know that it takes 5% - 8% of tin to opacify a glaze, and around 10% of
the commercially prepared opacifiers, so I'm curious why the 2%. Any
ideas?
