health and best & worst chores

I'm feeling really clever this evening, so I'm going to answer
two unrelated questions from today's Clayart with the same answer.

Variation is the answer.

Do something different every day, every hour, if possible.
It'll do wonders for keeping you healthy,
not only physically, but you may find that you can't even think
of a 'worst chore'.
Heck, I even like pugging clay, when it's done in short spurts.
