For Lisa and anyone else interested...
The question was how to apply Celadon. In my experience (many years, many
different Celadons, clays, kilns ) Celadon is very sensitive to thickness
of glaze, different clay bodied, degree of reduction, and drips. I dip the
pot with tongs whenever possible and hold the pot up to let every last drop
run off and even remove any glaze left on the tongs that might drip back
onto the pot!
You need to experiment with thickness, enough to get the color you want
without so much that it runs on to the shelf. Good luck
