Fellow arthritic mudders ...
I've been arthritic for the past 35 yrs. About 7 months ago I began
taking a product
called GS-500 made by Enzymatic Therapy. It's stabilized glucosamine.
I decided on
this product after lots of research and reading a sensible
recommendation in "Walking"
magazine. I was warned that it can take up to 3 months to begin feeling
the full
effects. Didn't take that long ........ in about 8 weeks the
improvement in my joints was
was sooooooo dramatic I was totally amazed. I've had absolutely NO PAIN
in my
hands, my knees bend and flex and no pain, and my hips move and flex
without
pain!!! I can't recommend this product enough ....... worked wonders
for me! My very
open-minded family doctor was thrilled, told me to keep it up. I'm able
to take long,
wonderful walks and spend many more hours messin' with the clay!
This product isn't cheap ....... I pay $30 for a bottle of sixty, taking
3 a day. I purchased it at a health food store. I believe Enzymatic
Therapy has a web site with all of their products and where to buy them.
Gee, I think I deserve a free bottle from them for all this great
endorsing :>)
