Hi all,
I've just started doing some raku again and have heard that some glazes
tend to lose their color over time. Anyone know about this?
Specifically, I've heard that the popular "Alligator" recipe tends to
fade. What's happening here? Is the glaze slowly reoxidizing? Is
there a glaze that produces copper green/red/lustre variations that is
stable?
