Any industrial bearing-type place will have what you need.
W. W. Grainger is the biggest national chain. Just look in
the yellow pages.
Most kick wheels use a ' one inch cast-iron pillow block
bearing with an eccentric lock' for the top bearing.
Take your old one with you if you aren't sure what to ask for.
