Looking (for a friend, who is a former apprentice to Bob Eckels)) for
any potters in Lexington, Ky. He (my friend) has been out of potting
for many years and now, nearing retirement, plans to get back into it.
Some local or nearby contacts would be helpful for him. Anyone?

Thanks, Kurt

I just completed a workshop in kiln building with Wyman Rice from Lexington.
His workshop is at 379 Virginia Ave. Mostly his work is sculptural/abstract
fired in a raku kiln. An interesting man, well known among potters in the
state. Another place to visit is of course Berea College, nearby. And
at Morehead, up the road about an hour there is a new Kentucky Folk Art Museum
well worth the trip. U Ky of course is right there for a point of reference.
