Yes, it is possible (and sometimes scary!) to use squares for throwing
and trimming. Before I obtained a large round bat for trimming, I used
20x20 inch plywood squares for trimming larger pots. Worked fine, just
had to payy attention to what I was doing....
*BUT* I don't think I would do it naked....especially if I were a guy.
