We are a start-up production studio based in
New York City that wants to create jobs in Harlem
through ceramics and we want you to be apart
of this exciting venture.
We are looking for a "go-getter" who wants to be responsible
for the entire production process such as :
Identifying product trends
Creating new products
Supervising, training and motivating our ceramic decorators
Setting up our new work space
Creating marketing and advertising materials
Experience with teaching would be a definite plus, but not required.
You should have 2 - 4 years of production experience and knowledge
hand-painting, underglaze and other decorating techniques.
Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills are vital.
Pay package includes an annual base salary of $30K
(neg. based on experience), a production incentive bonus, and benefits.
