About a year and a half ago I found a site listing frit formulas -
Ferro, Hommel, Pemco, PotteryCrafts, and PotClays - 99 formulas in all.
Unfortunately I don't know where I found this and have not been able to
find it in recent searches. I'll try to send it to the list as a
document file attachment (wordpad format) but don't know if it will work
as I have seen only web page links as attachments on the list. If it
doesn't work contact me at the e-mail address below and I will send it
directly to whoever is interested.

In James Chappell's book "The Potter's Complete
Book of Clay and Glazes" he has a list of frits and
raw materials with substitutions. Hope this helps

Dear All,
A word of caution on the Potterycraft Fritt formulas, up to this year
they were wildly inaccurate, I believe they have been corrected now.
On the Bath Potters Website you will find a list of commonly available
UK Fritts and their formulae, and these ARE accurate.
