Have you tried Hemp Oil or/and Hemp Hand Protector, both from Body Shop?

Another idea, which I use a lot myself and with clients for Healing, is
one's own urine. The urea in urine is a protein and helps regenerate the
skin itself, by encouraging new growth. It helps with cancer and other
troubles of the intestinal tract, as well as being a help when fasting
to lose weight for any reason.

For example, if you have hard skin on your feet, soak the feet in urine
several times, say twice a day for a week. The old hard skin will fall
off exposing the soft, flexible new skin. It should work for any part of
the body.

Mums! Do you remember when your hands were the softest? It was when you
washed baby's nappies each day (before the days of washing machines).
That was because you were constantly soaking your hands in urine.

Now, will the cat urine in my montmorillinite cat litter, have a
smoothing effect on the final glaze to the pots? I wonder.
