I've been asked to post this house and studio for a friend, It is for sale in
the Michigan City, IN area.
They have a 1000 sq foot studio, ceramic tile floor with outside access to
back brick patio throughPella sliding doors. The 2 1/2 car heated tandum
garage is connected to the studio on the same level. Electrical service is
200AMPS and we don't know what equipment we would be selling if any. There
