ilmenite, again

Dear Clayarters:

Does anyone know of a materials supplier with 325 mesh ilmenite
currently in stock? I have contacted the companies through whom I
normally purchase materials (M&M Pottery, Rochester Ceramics,
MidSouth Ceramics, Columbus CLay, and Great Lakes)--so far, no luck.
Best I've found is granular ilmenite, which won't have the same effect
in the glaze as the 325 mesh. I'd appreciate any help you all can
offer in locating a source--I'm trying to lay in the supplies for next
season's production schedule now so that I can get them moved to the
new house/studio before the snow hits in earnest!

Thanks...

I don't know about illmenite, but I've had a problem getting VERY fine
manganese and after talking to the techs at Minnesota Midwest they were able
to come up with what I needed. Perhaps they can help you too. Good luck! Bye
the way, how far upstate? I grew up in the Albany area.
