I'm going to Lana Wilson's workshop at the Armory Art Center in W.Palm Beach
in March and was wondering if any knows of a nice place to stay?
I live in Miami but don't want to make the hour and a half trip both days.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find out when and where Lana
Wilson would be giving Workshops this year. I have heard good things about
her and her workshops and would love to attend one.

Hey Lori Lynn, Lana is my hero....I love her work....but being in
Canada I probably won't get to any of her workshops unless she visits
here in my part of the world.....I am going to buy one of the books
at Chapters that displays her work and tells how she does some of
it...I can't remember the name of the book it is written down and
will look it up and send you the name.....

Lana Wilson will be at Arrowmont in Gatlinburg, Tn. Aug. 7-11. She is
teaching a class with Nick Joerling called Innovative Thrown and Handbuilt

Lana Wilson and Bruce Cochrane will be the presenters at the FUSION:
The Ontario Clay and Glass Assoc. conference, on May 26, 27, 29. It
is held in Toronto, at the Victoria University, right downtown next

information. It's the annual conference for FUSION, and is usually
lots of fun. Much cheaper with those American dollars.

lana was such an inspiration to me.. she is the reason i am where i am
today.. i attended one of her workshops and thats all it took. so if you
have a chance to attend one dont miss it.. she not only gives a wonderful
workshop she is one of the nicest ladies around. even if she doesnt do
work even simular to what you do i would recommend it. my work wasnt even
close but a couple of tips she gave is what got me to where i am today.
i havent read the article in clay times yet... im procastinating till i
have a few minutes to myself... maybe in those 10 minutes out of each day
that i hear i must find..
dont procastinate and attend one of her workshops.. you wont regret it.
