Montana State University-Billings will be hosting a Workshop on Majolica
beginning Friday night Sept 25 with historical surveys from central Asia
through the Renaisaance by Dr. Louana Lackey and Marcia Selsor (me).
Saturday Sept. 26, Rosalie Wynkoop of the Archie Bray Foundation will
demonstrate in the am, with hands on workshop in the pm. Louana Lackey will
show more slides of Mexican Tin glazed factories and tiles.
We'll fire the work of perticipants overnight. Rosalie will critique on Sunday
(9/27) and continue the discussion of technical problems.
The price is $60. OPI (Montana's office of public instruction) will offer
credit for teachers wishing credit for "step ups".
