"The History Of Minoan Pottery" by Philip Bettancourt is out of print. It was
published by Princeton University Press in paperback and hardcover as an
academic/scholarly study. It is all b&w photos and line drawings with no color
at all. It will likely be a difficult book to find as it had a small printing
run.

Try Acorn Booksellers in San Francisco -- they've got an amazing selection
of out-of-print books, and in September received a 3,000 book shipment from
the estate of an avid book collector. They've probably unpacked and
cataloged that shipment by now. Their number is (415) 563-1736.
