Well I don't know how to take this.
This sounds like one of those "non car" Click and Clack problems (for those
Americans out there).
First, yes it will block up your drain, maybe next year maybe tomorrow,
obviously it all depends on the amount allowed to go down the drain. It's
England for goodness sake, get an old tub and put her and it outside in the
garden.
Secondly, maybe you are actually involved in some bazarre sex game (perhaps
not so bazarre) with your potter friend (in your post you refer to a "sexy
black dustbin") and you are feeling a little bit guilty about it. On this
one I would suggest you continue, perhaps wearing a pointy hat or croaking
like a frog (like me you are British so you are probably already wearing
your socks) and when you get bored, move.
Cheers, John.

OK so I think it's about time I had my say here! (me being the poor potter
who makes slip in the bath) I'd just like to say that I wasn't. I was making
it in a bucket with the bucket in the bath to prevent slip getting all over
the carpet. Are we clear on this? Also I couldn't make it in the bath since
I store the coal there. (Sorry, only Brits will get that joke). Also.... all
this is supposed to be a temporary arrangement whilst waiting for builder to
build my studio. Meanwhile me and my sexy black dustbin are very happy thank
you.
