>Hi Roxi, Try Imperial Knife Company, Providence,(or Pawtucket), Rhode
Island,USA. Also, there are several very good Japanese cutlery cmpanies you
may reach through the Japanese Trade Commission. Too cold to work in our
under-heated workspace. I turn to photo darkroom experiments and Isao is
doing translation work. Our youngest, Kai, is enjoying the Alicante and Ben
is enjoying(?) Uof A at Edmonton.

Roxi, I have a line of kitchen utensils and gadgets make of high grade
stainless steel with no handles. I also have two different size handle
molds (matching style) to make the handles. If you are interested, I would
be glad to e-mail you pictures of the gadgets, utensils, and handle style.
