Can one could place slides on a photocopier and get color enlargements?

I used to go to a color copy place and they have an attachment to make a copy
from a slide.
Also, a good flatbed scanner will let you do this - scan at at least 200%
scale, and at least 400 dpi, so it can enlarge a bit.
Also, they make slide scanners.
You can then print out the computer file on a color printer. (Some places will
do this for you, or let you rent one hour of computer time.)
