I have been a pottery teacher for 11 yrs at a community center in
Redmond,Wa,(Marymoor park) and have had the occasion to fire these
ready-made pots for students. I fire with commercial glazes at cone
05-06 and have done just fine. None of them have had any tpe of
commercial glaze or finish on them to start with, and have had no
problem with our glaze adhering. the finisheed products have been great,
and the students have loved the results.
