I have used plasticine to sculpt and cast from, but not this brand. It sounds
to me like the plastalina melted from the heat of the plaster as it set. If
this is what happened, then your molds have soaked up the clay oils and you
will have to start over.
I couldn't tell from your letter if you used a mold release, but I would think
that green soap as a mold release would have prevented it sticking even if the
clay melted somewhat. I don't have an answer for cleaning out the molds at
this point, unless you tried washing it with something like an ammonia
product, heating the molds would just set the oils in further. You might try
sticking the molds into the freezer and see if the hardened clay will scrape
off.
Sorry, but it looks like you might have to start over.
