two possible remedies:

deep tissue massage in case the
pain is from alignment problems

stretching, for which yoga is an
excellent source of added flexibility.

my massage person felt that working
on the computer for too long could be
as logical a source of backpain as
ceramics. especially if one doesn't
have an aprropriate chair.
