Hello again List members;
I have a student in my handbuilding class who is wanting to make ceramic
handles for an old set of cutlery and we are not sure what is the best
"glue" to use. The tangs will be inserted into the handles a half inch or
so but she wants to secure them. Will 24 hr epoxy resin be the best, food
safe (if any should ever come in contact with the food.), and waterproof?
Thanks in advance.

PC-7 will probably be your best bet here.
