envirovent & even firings

By:
*using the vent
*having bottom shelves on 1" posts
*always having top shelves just under the lid to hold the heat in
*leaving either a 1" gap between half shelves or staggering them
*loading the kiln move "evenly"
*doing a slower firing
I evened out my firings from top to bottom. Didn't test one variable at
a time so I can't say which are most important in terms of even firing,
but altogether they work.
