Anyone out there have a recipe for what I have as chrome casserole> A cone
6, oxidation, glossy, somewhat runny glaze that is mauve-purple thin and
yellowish green when thick? Thanks.

Hey Nikki,
I'm not sure but the glaze your discribing sounds like a glaze made by
laguna sands called chun red.
I found a recipe which i haven't tested yet you might try
Custer feldspar 438
Silica 153
Whiting 133
frit 3124 122
kaolin(china clay) 51
Zinc oxide 41
talc 31
tin oxide 21
bentonite 10
copper carb 10
I'm not sure but i think this is grams. it add up to 1,000gm which is a
perfect test batch. give it a try and let me know
the person who posted it didn't say
and they didn't have the %
