I know this is late notice but.......
Kurt Weiser will be coming to Alabama State University in Montgomery Alabama
on Tuesday, April 13 for a one day slide talk/ teapot demo. The schedule will
loosely be 9-11:30 slide talk and.....?? 1:30 - 4:30 afternoon teapot demo
and discussion of china paint. Kurt's work is interesting, china painting on
thrown, altered and slipcast forms. His imagery is surrealistic combining an
interest in mannerist figures, botanical specimens, and animals. Kurt teaches
now at Arizona State University, Tempe. He was the director at Archie Bray.
