I'm going to be in the Santa Fe/Taos area July 7 through 17 and would
like to know if anyone knows of any workshops/studio-study work I can do
while there. I am a student at UM and would like to apply this towards
independent study credit in the fall, so it would have to be hands on
and produce some work in order for it to qualify. Any info would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks Janet

Janet:
Try Santa Fe Clay. They have a great summer program of workshops. There
number is no doubt in the April issue of Ceramics Monthly.

Check out the Taos art school in Taos ,N.M.Ive never taken a class
there--too pricey for me--but know the artists are good. Also check Santa Fe
Clay--they run workshops from their store and being the only supplier in the
area know of anything going on.Enjoy the area--get to Taos--
