Hello Clayart (fellow mudhounds),
I am new to the list, and am trying to get back into ceramics after a painful
4 year break. (My identity has been slowly slipping away since my hands last
touched clay.) Are any of you in Florida, and if so, what part? I need to
build a network of contacts down here.
I can't tell you how happy I am that I found this list!!! What a breath of
fresh air!!!

Hi Marie,
I am in Boca Raton. Do you have a pottery there? What kind of work do you do
? What cone/bodies/glazes do you work with? I want to start sculpture again,
and am researching ways to get started. I have never had my own business
before. Is this too personal of a post for the list? Should I email you on
this strand privately?
Anyone else who has any input on business start-up ideas (as far as keeping
things cost effective), problems to beware of, etc., please allow me to pick
your brain.
