I am sure many of you thought this thread was dead...but I just found this
great quote in the book "Plant Kingdoms: The Photographs of Charles
Jones" (a really nice book of old botanical photographs). So here goes.
"The artist Peter Milton, when asked to write a statement defining his art,
replied, 'I would be a sad father indeed if these children weren't able to
speak for themselves.'"
