Can't find the email. Last week I was going to buy the 818 Skutt
because I already have 30 amps to my house, but I saw it and it's
definitely too small. So now I'm interested in the 1018 ior 1227. Last
week someone advertised a used 1227 from oregon or washington. Please
email me if it was you!

you'd better call the electrician first if you only have 30 amps into your
house,, I've got 100 amp service into my house and have been firing my Gare
without problems but then I haven't tried it with the A/C on yet and don't
plan too...
but I will bet that you have more than 30 amp service to your house.
