Hi, Im there again the Belgian potter. i heard a lot of paperclay, but I'm =

have worked with it. Can you make it yourself and how do you work with it. =

there different way? How do you fire it.

Go to paperclayart.com
Better yet, get a copy of Paperclay by Rosette Gault. And yes you can
make it yourself. It is basically any clay mixed with paper pulp which
enhances some characteristics which some might find more advantageous
for their particular direction.

The time we made it we took a roll of toilet paper and broke in down in
clay slip -- wonderful to work with as one can keep attaching pieces-- wet
to wet -- wet to dry -- almost limitless... also great for mending cracks
and the like... fire the results as you would for the clay type you are
using....
