Hello everyone :)
I can see there is interest in viewing this new section=3B my little finger
told me =3B) However, I was expecting more clayarters to be excited at the
idea of having their picture posted. Perhaps, if I explain my intent, you
may have an easier time in sending me your pictures:)
The reason is absolutely legal, righteous, informal, unofficial, and
casual. I am not setting up an advertising page or anything of that
nature=3B clearly, whoever gets on it is getting some exposure, but it is
merely a secondary effect. I just thought it would be nice to put faces
with people, once more, and in particular, clayarter's faces along with one
of their favorites clay thing, be it a glaze, a pot, a tool that has been
made by that person. This section might even help spotting each other at
the next NCECA=3B the favorite clay thing picture, call it a conversation
starter :)
So talk to me, let me know why most of you opted to not participate?
I want to make things easy. If it helps, I can scan the material for you
and post it. I have already committed to do it for a few of you=3B it may
take a tad longer because I'd do most of the work and the snailmail is not
as fast as email, but I am willing to do it :). Again, send me an email
off list and I'll give you details on how to get them to me.

thank you so much to those of you who have emailed your pictures to me. I
am really enjoying doing this. I can't wait to see the one coming by
snailmail and post them up :) Great pots=21
I want to remind everyone that there is no deadline to submit pictures=3B I
am planning on making it an ongoing project. So, keep sending them as time
permits and check the page occasionally for new pots and faces.
Also, if you have a clay site and would like to be linked, let me know.
