I have the following in my files:

**Cynthia Bringle Slip for wet greenware (10)
Borax 5
Custer spar 25
EPK 20
Ball Clay 20
Silica 30
Colors: blue, co carb 2.5%; blue green, co carb 1.5%, chrome oxide 2.0%;
Brown, red iron oxide 25%; yellow, rutile 20%; white, zircopax 7.5%

Not sure if that's the one you want, but it's good.

Thanks for the response. Everyone is so helpful.

One question,

**Cynthia Bringle Slip for wet greenware (10)

What does the ten mean. 10% of the clay body then add the rest of the
ingredients?

Thanks

I also use Cynthia Bringle's slip.

Bringle Slip for wet, dry or bisque pottery
Borax 5
Custer spar 25
EPK 20
Ball Clay 20
Silica 30

I also use it for mixing with mason stains for specific colours by adding
about 25 - 30% stain. This works great when fired under a clear base glaze
at ^10. (works at ^5 or 6, too)
But wait... I've got a question, too. I've been playing around with the
Cerdec inclusion colours and am trying to get a good red grapey colour. The
reds always go pink with the Bringle slip. Does anyone want to share a slip
that has very little or no opacifiers that would be almost transparent or
translucent under a base glaze that fires to ^10? Of course it would also
be nice if it could be applied to wet, bisque or in between.
Thanks in advance,
