On Feb. 22, 1999...I ordered an AIM Model 88 test kiln from Bailey. The
Bailey folks have been
terrific in handling the backorder on this kiln. I have yet to receive the
kiln. I called Aim and the
pleasant fella said they simply have too many orders to keep up with
production. He did not
really explain any further than that and I explained to him that they
probably needed either to
increase their production staff, halt taking future orders or...raise the
price (God forbid!) He seemed
rather blaise about the whole affair...ladedah...ladedahhh
So...take heed if you are thinking of purchasing one.... give yourself a
half of year...and
take deeeeep deeeep breaths... maybe that's why it's called a "test"
kiln...testing one's
patience.....
