I have purchased these reeds from FRanks and was unhappy with their quality,
as many were frayed, splintered and totally unusable. I returned them and
they did give me a refund. Of course, that is only my experience, but if you
want first quality reeds, i would recommend looking elsewhere.
Unless you are planning on doing a huge amount of work with reeds, your best
bet would probably be a local craft supply store.
