When I used my Controller for the first time, it kept shutting off too.
I called Evenheat and they had me disable a safety shut-off that had been
preset at the factory. Seems they set them up for glass slumping, and
were programmed to shut off after 2 hours of continuous power.
Could this be what's going on with yours?
