Hi. Friend has fully equiped studio. (Wheel, elec kiln, slab roller and
space equal to 3 car garage) and is interested in renting to potter.
What is going rate for monthly rental. How is wear and tear on
equipment covered? Please respond to her directly at

her that someone on this wonderful list would have some basic idea of
