Regarding slides for the Y2Clay exhibit we decided to accept slides only for
this exhibit for several reasons.
1. The format, resolution and quality of each image will be the same.
2. The process of scanning slides and assembling them for the judges is much
easier if everything in the process is the same. You're a clay person you should
be able to relate to this.
3. Downloading images takes time and sometimes brings unwanted disease to comput
4. E-mail images sometimes are corrupt and the process of following up to get
another may take more time tham just scanning a slide.
We understand the process of taking a slide putting it in an envelop is ssssllll
We also understand the frustration of not getting slides back.That is why we
made the Y2Clay exhibit free. Where else can you enter a national competition
for the cost of a slide?
