well, after spending another 40 minutes I finally found discussion about the
slumping vs humping of molds (from one of my favorite resources, Jan =
Walker=21)
but am still confused as to the plaster or whatever material you use to make=
the
mold. The supplier I am using has an entire page titled =22plaster=22. Any
suggestions?
I guess the newspaper route was only used because the =22molds=22 were old =
plastic
bowls?

T-shirt fabric works well for either the slump or hump mold. I also spray =
the
inside of plastic bowls with WD40 or cooking spray to release the clay. =
