Hi!
I'd like to know if anyone knows how pumice, mica, and pigments can be made
cosmeticaly safe.
There are so-called experts 'out there' claiming (& selling) these items for
soap making supplies.
I can buy pumice for .75 lb...they charge: $4.50 per oz
I'm wondering just how these items could be made "cosmetically safe"?
What could they be doing to it?
I'm puzzled!
Is this a hoax? .. or what?
