Finally got the soda ports drilled and the porcelain sleeves mortared in and
was ready to do some fiber patching and more ITC spraying and ran into a
little snag. :-(
I'm hoping someone has the solution for softening brick hard ITC 100. Somehow
in the move, the lid popped and I have a 1/2 gallon of rock hard ITC. I'm
assuming that it has sodium silicate in it which has hardened.
Is there a way to soften this or is it a lost cause? I have another can so I
won't lose time, but it would be nice to salvage 1/2 a bucket of this
material, if possible.
Warm regards,
June
